Technology Systems & Services

The Office of Technology Systems and Services supports the educational mission of the College as well as its business, administrative, and electronic communication needs. Through planning, implementation, education, training, and support, the office helps guide the College in using technology. Our goal is to provide outstanding service and support to the College, its students, faculty, and staff.

The main offices of Technology Services, including the Help Desk, Audio Visual Services, AV equipment checkout, and the Digital Printing Services are located in the Art Tech Center at 1208 W. Mt Royal Ave.

If you have a question, concern, need help, have a great idea, or just want to talk about technology at MICA please feel free to contact us. The Help Desk is the first point of contact at 410-225-2201 or help@mica.edu. They can help you with your issue or concern or direct you to the proper person to address your needs.
