Graduate Students
Current art education graduate students enrolled currently or beginning in the Fall of 2010 interested in applying should complete this form. Students who are conducting interdisciplinary graduate research that includes the visual arts are also welcome to apply. Candidates should complete the required essay while providing details of how they will use the work from the think tank to develop curriculum design or a paper for publication. Graduate students will be asked to share a lesson or project that can be posted on the "Graduate Record" COMC Website.
Classroom Teachers
Current art educators in grades k-12 in both private and public settings are invited to apply. Your essay application should include a description of how you will use the think tank to improve curriculum, instruction and assessment in your classroom. Classroom teachers will be asked submit a lesson plan that can be posted on our "Spotlight on Excellence" portion the COMC website.
